Great tips! To make journaling in strips, I use excel or a spreadsheet instead of basic text document. I leave a super super light border when I want to cut it out without a border, or a darker one when I want it to show.
Great tips. I used to do this years ago. I like to save all the cards that are gifted to us in my yearly albums and I would type the inside sentiments on velllum and attach it next to the card on a layout. A lot of work! I stopped doing this when cutting page protectors and fuse tools became popular. I never do it for my journaling though. I like to hand write directly on my layouts or on journaling cards and I am too lazy to get out the laptop vellum and set it up on MS Word. 😊
I use to be the same way - handwriting my journaling because honestly, I couldn't be bothered! LOL! But then I started writing more on my layouts so I switched to typing. Now, I'm too lazy to handwrite on my layouts!
Thank you so much for sharing this information. I have printed my journaling in this manner for years but never knew how to get rid of the text box lines 🤦🏼♀️
Great video, thanks for the tips! I’ve started typing my journaling more because I don’t like my handwriting! I usually do card stock or clear labels, I need to get out my vellum and use that more!
The best way to avoid this is by doing your journaling first. That way, it doesn’t become a second thought. I like to write a draft of what I want to say on a notebook or type my journaling, then I just transfer it to my layout. 😊
