I got smacked in the eye with a tennis ball today. Resulted in a corneal abrasion and a trip to the critical care center. Even with an eye patch on, these cards are just gorgeous. Can't wait to re-watch this video once I have 2 functioning eyes...love them all!!!

That T-ruler is one of the best investments I've ever made where my card-making is concerned. I even use it for my drawings and paintings on occasion. Every time I use it I say a quick thank-you to you inside my head, lol.

When it comes to card making I am not usually a flower person, but I really like all the techniques you used to make your cards. Maybe I'll break out of my comfort zone and use a flower stamp for my next card. Thanks for sharing and encouraging.

So pretty Jennifer. I’m such a control freak sometimes with not letting my watercoloring just flow. I love how you embraced the messy and look who gorgeous these cards turned out. Now for me to embrace the messy side and let loose. LOL.

It always makes me chuckle when you say something like "I hope something inspires you...." You ALWAYS inspire us, not only through card making but with your incredible kindness. OH JENNIFER, I LIKE TO GET CRAZY SOMETIMES TOO. WHILE BEING FUN, AND I DO LOVE TO WATERCOLOR, I THINK IT'S BETTER IF IT'S A TEMPORARY THING. I MUST ADMIT THE EMBELLISHMENTS ALMOST HID THE FUN YOU HAD. I LOVE THE SATIN PEARL EMBOSSING. THE CARDS TURNED OUT REALLY GREAT. BIG HUGS TO LILA!

Such an awesome tutorial, where you explained everything so well. One thing I'd like to mention is the misting of your stamp or watercolor paper. I've learned that the small spray bottles that we all have do not work so well. It's essential imo, that I use a fine mist and not a pump from our spray water bottles. I didn't have a fine, mist bottle on hand, so I rinsed out an old nasal allergy medication bottle that was designed to spray a fine mist and it worked like a charm. Hey, I'm impatient and wanted to try your techniques right away, so I had to improvise. Thanks so much for this detailed tutorial. I learned a lot! TFS

I really love this technique, This stamp is perfect for this lovely images you can easily see are flowers and lend themselves to this. I hope you had fun doing this too, always good to surprise ourselves trying something a bit out of our comfort zone.

Hi Jennifer. Thanks so much for offering suggestions and alternatives for people with different supplies on hand. I admit I'm not very good at imagining and visualizing options if I don't have the same supplies or tools as what is in a crafter's video, so I get stuck. Señora Cardsalot That’s the game we get stuck in, I’m afraid. That somehow we can do magical things if we just have the exact same stamp set, etc. as the RU-vidr. 😜
