Whenever I screw into an exterior wall, I like to put some calk in the hole and maybe on the screw to seal the threads.

Silicon grease is also good to seal threads, though I prefer to use stainless steel screws for outdoors

@Andrew K Fletcher Hii Andrew, do you know what's the different in stiffness between PE tube 25 x 2,3 mm vs MDPE tube 25 x 2,3 mm vs HDPE tube 25 x 2,3 mm ? which one is more rigid and stiff ? i would buy one of them for making hoops for catepillar tunnel for vege bed.

Presumably HDPE stands for high density, which would make it stiffer?

Oh dear, as a plumber I've seen some serious leaks caused by plastic pipes that have been heated and bent and have become brittle they snap like a carrot

should be less of an issue with putting a spring inside before heating... the warmth will get transferred to the spring instead of directly to the pipe and when you bend the pipe the spring inside will aid in getting a smooth bend to the pipe from the inside minimizing damage.

As a home owner I’ve seen plenty of so called plumbers cock jobs up ( without) bending pipes . I bought myself a crimp tool , a heap of buteline pipe and fittings and have successfully plumbed up a whole new bathroom . No leaks and no bills from a plumber who 1st wants to screw a client for as much as he can and 2nd plumb a few pipes together that a kindergarten kid could do .

Yes I can. I have a Bosch PSB 680 RE with a cord. I have used it a lot and very pleased with it. The chuck is a twist grip, so no chuck keys required. It has a button to lock the chuck for tightening and loosening the bits, variable speed and feels good in the hand. Comes in a tough carry case and inexpensive. Cordless can be more trouble than they are worth, because when you leave unused for long periods, it causes batteries to fail.

Andrew K Fletcher Andrew, the drill you mention, it says its a hammer drill, is that the one? I never used one of these before.
