Yap, I did it on the carbon handle bar of my Yeti. Just rotate the cutter slowly and don't tighten it to much, little by little to maintain the round shape of the bar because if so happen that you deform the round shape it is gonna be hard to rotate -cut the bar.
Been using a pipe cutter for forks and handlebars forever. Seeing knuckleheads using tht wrong tools or says or spending lots of money for crazy vice appliances!?!?!?!
