@audrey ☆ ummm....Too Faced is NOT drugstore makeup. That palette is like $40-$45. The other items she gets are not drugstore, she literally says Bare Minerals....Definitely expensive. Did you even watch or pay attention? That's why she's scheming to get them. If they were drugstore then her mom MIGHT have bought them.
I tried this when I was younger. And oh boy I could've almost died. When we were at the checkout she took a closer look on the products, and then just gave me that Cold war glare. The glare that would kill with no weapon, the glariest of glares. I tried comin up with excuses like I didn't know. Still was grounded lol
I love how people are saying “wont she notice when they try and use the stuff” But what about checkout? You better pray your mother doesn’t ask for a receipt. Cuz mine would and would stand outside the store to check she didn’t get scammed
As a mother of adult children, I would be pissed at this girl's behavior. I have allowed my niece (I'm her legal guardian) to have makeup when she was 11. I help her pick our items and then showed her how to use it. I allow her to wear it to school as long as she doesn't go over board with it. She goes online on the weekends and watches tutorials and comes out of her room to show her uncle and I. If you try to control your children to much they will rebel. My boys, niece and nephew, all are very open and honest with me. They learned that if they are honest I will be more lenient with them, than if they lie.
I agree but also, strict parents make sneaky children. My mom was like this and was strict about makeup and I hated it, and she honestly had no good reason to be strict about it either. With my daughter she's gonna be allowed to wear it as long as it's age appropriate. I love wearing makeup and it's a really fun creative outlet. My daughter is only 2 and she likes putting on eyeshadow and glitter for fun and as long as we wash it off after I have no issue with it. I'd definitely be upset with my child for trying to be deceitful, but at the end of the day it is partially the parents fault for being so strict. And if she had reasoning behind not allowing it, she should explain that to her child so she won't try to push those boundaries.b
My mum is like me and loves giving presents, so what I do is whenever my friends birthday comes up, my mum asks what they like. I say makeup. So we get some makeup and I take some and give the rest to my friend. So she gets her present, i get some makeup :) Btw i don’t take the present, i buy the present and buy an extra item that I pretend I’m giving to my friend.
gurl if u use self check out it will show it up on their or if u dont use self check out maybe u will see it on the receipt like what its not a good hack if u want makup and ur mum wont buy it for u. you if you go to the store with ur freinds or somethings just buy some and get like a shirt or something if ur mum ask u what u got well bye hope that helps 😊
I don’t understand why parents don’t let their kids use makeup. My mom is a cosmetologist and she let me have all the makeup I wanted from a VERY young age!! I started playing with makeup for the first time when I was 5! I don’t feel comfortable saying my actual age so I’ll just give you a range: I’m now 13-17 and I’m REALLY good at makeup!! I can create a damn near perfect wing with just a few strokes of my eyeliner and sometimes people ask if my mom did my makeup, but she never does. All my work is original and if anything, IM the one doing my moms makeup!
This mom is 100% too strict for this trick, but I just beg my mom to let me go to the mall with friends, not her present (usually a friends mom present) and buy make up with my money
I love the concept of this but girl just know. First of all most makeup sections you can't just walk out of that section with the makeup and from the looks of it she could be in like a Sephora or something so you have to pay for it before you can walk out of that section of the store. Second of all I'm pretty sure even if she was able to trick her on the first part there's no way that she go up to the counter to check out and not see how expensive those things are I mean I literally have that two-faced chocolate bar palette but I have like the pink bonbon one and it's literally like I think $25 or more
U obvi don’t shop at target lol this is a target they don’t do the security thing like Walmart does. People that shop at target don’t normally steal it’s like a different caliber of people 🤷🏼♀️
