EASY Ways to increase Trader LVLs - Escape from Tarkov 

Easiest way to level Jaeger is to just buy defibrillators on flea for 130-140k and sell to him for 135k. Only have to do it a couple times to hit any requirement.

Don’t spend money healing with therapist after a raid. Spend the money with her for the meds, and heal yourself back manually in your stash. This will give you a slight discount usually, but around the same money spent and healing XP which you won’t get from the heal screen.

One of my smaller secrets for Peacekeeper is selling him glasses like RayBenches, he buys em for $14-30 ish depending on what kind and it seems like a better value than what Ragman gives you for them

Best ways I have found to level traders: Jaeger - Barter trade MFD and VHS for dog tag case and sell to therapist for 195k. Can often get the parts for around 180k and make a profit. Skier - Barter trade Tarzan rig off Jaeger for hunting matches and sell to Skier for 9k. Takes a while but if done each reset adds up and makes profit. Peacekeeper - Buying info items off flea market (especially SAS drive, SSD drive or SMCT) and selling to peacekeeper often gives you more rubles to USD if you know your prices.

Super secret arbitrage: buy SAS drives off flea for >45k and sell to Peacekeeper for a profit of about 5k rubles per item. Just buy dollars like this instead of buying them straight off him.

I think the most efficient way(without losing too much money) to increase each trader level is: For Therapist: Sell all valuables(except info items because info items are only sellable to Peacekeeper so sell those to him) to her. Because she buys them from you the best price compared to Peacekeeper, Mechanic, Jaeger and Skier. Therapist is the easiest trader to level up. You farm your money from her and you can buy meds/junk boxes. For Ragman: Sell all armors and other hats, masks, googles etc. to him. He buys them from you the best price compared to Skier, Prapor and Peacekeeper. You can sell the armors you find from Scavs or othee players. And you will eventually buy armors, helmets from him so his trader level will eventually increase. Ragman is also easy to level up. For Mechanic: Sell all weapons and weapons parts to him. He buys them from you the best price. Mechanic is also easy to level up like Ragman and Therapist. Just sell all weapons, weapon parts and other stuff to him. For Prapor: Prapor is kinda difficult to level up because you can't sell anything to him. But there is a easy way, just insure everything and everytime from Prapor. Insuring is so worth in early levels because the price for insuring is so low but as you level up, the price also goes up for insuring. So insure everything while you can in early game to increase Prapor. Never insure from Therapist NEVER! It's more expensive. For Jaeger: I think Jaeger is the most difficult trader to level up. The best way is emptying your melee slot and in every raid, you loot a Scav and take his knife or other melee weapon(Scavs have sometimes Antique Axes etc.). Only Jaeger buys melee weapons, keep that in mind(I don't count Fence). You can also purchase VPO-215 for farming Sniper Skill because some future quests will need certain Sniper Skill level so you want to use a Sniper Rifle in early game. You can sell Condensed Milks, meds and other valuables to him instead of Therapist if you really want to level him up right away. After Jaeger LL2, you can barter Holodilniks from him and I think it also counts the trader costs of the barter items which are still high prices. For Skier: Just buy Euros from him with the money you have from selling stuff to Ragman, Therapist and Mechanic. Like I said, sell everything to these 3 traders because they give the best price for your items. With that money you can just purchase Euros and increase Skier Level. Easy. You will not lose any roubles you just buy another currency and you will need euros for some quests and you can use euros to buy certain items. For Peacekeeper: Same thing like Skier, just buy Dollars from him with the money you have from those 3 traders, Ragman, Mechanic and Therapist. Easy af. You can also sell info items to him because only Peacekeeper buy those(I don't count Fence). You will not lose any roubles because you will use those dollars eventually for Peacekeeper gun builds. Conclusion: Sell everything to only Ragman, Mechanic and Therapist. They give the best price. Valuables to Therapist, weapons to Mechanic and armors/rigs/backpacks to Ragman, info items to Peacekeeper(the only exception because only he buys info items). With that money, buy dollars to increase Peacekeeper, buy euros to increase Skier, insuring from Prapor and farming melee weapons in evey raid with a empty melee slot for Jaeger.

Antique axes off the flea for jaeger are also good

It's always best to use the Flea Market to buy intel items below a certain Rouble value, then sell them to Peacekeeper for a better exchange rate. I sell diaries below 25k, slim diaries below 30k, etc. That was last wipe though, I don't know how much prices have increased.

The only barrier to increasing trader levels is being forced to do some of the dumbest most unoriginal boring tasks ever in an MMO. I wish the game had several routes to advance rather than being forced into doing random meaningless tasks, , making you play on bad maps you dont enjoy

I will admit I always get peacekeeper lvl2 in a very different way exchange rubles for $200 buy MP-5K for $100 this would end up raising money spent by ~$500, but only cost

Another tip for Jaegar is the DogTag case. The military flash drives and cassette, if priced right you buy from him and sell to him. If tight pricing just buy from him and get 10k more with therapist. This however works well and fills the requirement for him. hope this helps someone.

with peacekeeper you can buy MGTs for around 60k usually on flea and then sell them back to him for around 71k a pop. saves a good amount of money.

I just sell to Mechanic, then buy Euro's in the amount I made off Mechanic. That way I sell for the highest value, then acquire Euro's while also raising rep with Mechanic and Skier. Euro's usually go toward item case from Therapist. That's how I do it anyway.

A good way to lvl up jaeger is to do the dogtag case barter, just buy a VHS and a military thumb drive for around 160-170k and sell it back to him for 160k or to therapist for 195k (around 30k free rub)

If you want to level up both Skier and Jaeger, just buy a lot double barrel shotgun to jaeger and sell them to skier, you loose 3k roubles per shotgun but it's really fast

What i like to do for skier and jaeger is buy vpo 209's , dismatal them turn them in to wep parts at the bench and sell the un-used parts to skier. then the wep parts you can be sold or made into an ak. It can take awhile but you don't lose money.

Just farm weapon repair and armour repair kits. I repair all of my scav armour and guns for xp, and sell them to traders, or use them. Weapon kits were only 90k recently, and armours are easy to find if you scav customs. You will find both faster than you use them if you just scav customs on occasion. Weapons are at RUAF on a pallet, and Armours are in construction on a pallet of bricks on top of the structure there.

for Peacekeeper; just sell your stuff to the vendor that will pay the most for it, then turn around and use that money on $$ themselves. youll get the best return for sure.

Check the flea for various rigs and sell them for around the same price to Jaeger and Ragman. I legit spent yesterday buying belt rigs off the flea for 33k and then selling them to Jaeger and Ragman for 33k.

I used to just run daypacks instead of scav bp or berkut early game but that was removed. Now i switched to buying CATs instead of esmarch early

I just buy fuel from jaegar on cooldown to get him to level 3+ since I'll always need fuel and his inventory is pretty lackluster for the first two levels

Guys. Sell info items like diaries SSDs SAS drives on Peacekeeper.. you can store them in your docs case. Jaeger takes all things that Therapist buys for good money except valuables and streamer items. For more info just check "Tarkov market". I got good skier money by purchasing bastion helmets for ~50K from flea and selling it to him. Peacekeeper and prapor are really the only ones that are actually tricky to get cash with.

Good one I found for pk is the slim diary. Buy below 35k and you actually make money

It is better to sell things for rubbles if they are worth more to other vendor. Then you buy the $ for peacekeeper. But if you have the flea market sas drive are "cheaper" then what you sale it for at peacekeeper. Cheaper as in you get 46k roubles worth of usd for about 35-40k roubles. Also barters are a great way. Sometimes you even make profit doing a barter with skier and jagger.

yeah, no. For me its the Rep level needed since Standard doesn't get the free .2 that all EOD players get. I got their money totals up to the point I should be Level 3 by now, but still at lvl 1 cuz of .04 of Rep and the shittiest quests known to man. Along with that, Peacekeeper 2 isn't an issue for EOD players anymore since the flash drive quest isn't required for Friend from the West anymore.

Personally, i just sell peacekeeper all weapon attachments that i don’t plan to keep or sell on flea. It doesn’t seem like much but if you strip lights/grips off guns all the time and sell to him you won’t have an issue meeting them spend requirements with him

I have issues with skier and similar to things mentioned he buys weapon attachments for slightly less than mechanic so you can see those to him as well

Buying Ash-12 off flea and selling it to Mechanic is also a good option

For Jaeger I bought moonshine for 130k off the flea and sold to him for 120k fast and you only lose a little

Peacekeeper was super easy this wipe if you were playing when he was buying and selling for double price. I had enough money spent on him for ll4 and I hadn't even hit peacekeeper 3 yet. It was nice selling things like the secured magnetic tape for over $1k.

If you don't have a weapon repair kit, and your scav guns have very low durability, don't bother repairing them. Just dismantle them and sell 90% of the gun to mechanic/skier/peacekeeper and sell just the core of the gun to fence

Money is the easy part, how do you grind out reputation for standard accounts?

When it comes to Peacekeeper, then really depends what gear you running for example I refuse to use AKs haven't taken one in hands unless mission requires... as such with the changes this wipe I have spent a lot of $ before I even got to lvl 20. After then you get quite a bit from missions, but before that the only option is to buy $ from Peacekeeper and that levels him up very quickly. Besides you need $ for quests, like "friend from the west", so it does not hut to have them. Other reason as well - $ takes less space. So in early wipe before I get money case if I have like 8 million rubbles, I just exchange them to $ not to litter my inventory. I generally just keep 2 normal valets, which fits stack of Euro, Dollar and 6 stacks of rubble + maybe 2 stacks outside of valet, so unless I keeping them for like storage expansion or something like this then I never have more than 4 million. In short - the Peacekeeper is easiest one to raise the money with. He as well pays the best price for diary, ssd, small diary, tape storage, nas etc. Sometimes you can even buy them cheaper from flea and sell to him and make profit.

How is it POSSIBLE that a guide about this was made without explaining that you can just buy stuff from them and then sell it back to them (you lose a little money). Or buying something from Flea that can be sold for a little less back to them.

Thx for the video, but honestly I don't have this problem, my main strugle in leveling peacekeeper is getting rep since it's hard for me to unlock and do his quests, same with jager. second is getting right level. Money is usually the least problematic imo.

There is no point to sell anything to Skier and Peacekeeper. Sell loot to someone else, use roubles earned to buy dollars and euros from them - level up 2 traders for the same value. Dollars and Euros are not only saving your storage space, you can buy item containers from Therapist for euros and dollars are usefull for quests and gear from Peacekeeper.

You only need to repair to 60 if your selling them that is a huge waste of the repair kit to fully repair

Reading these comments as a new player it just sounds like there’s a bunch of meta cheesing in this game. Like in-game skill doesn’t really have a factor it would seem, it’s just about how much external research you learn outside of the game.

If you're capable of shooting for endgame content, wouldnt it be easier to just buy euros from skier and dollars from peacekeeper? For those that dont play the flea, you'll need a sizeable amount of both for hideout and tasks. Sure the conversion is bad, but if you dont have a problem making rubles, does it matter? Edit: skier sells euros lvl 1 this wipe too, not level 2

Idk if this is true but when I repair anything I always use mechanic because if I’m not mistaken, repairing with mechanic gets your loyalty points up with him???

I appreciate your guides and such and they make me want to get back into Tarkov, but I can't. Tarkov is a game that just doesn't respect your time. Too much downtime and not enough time in the actual raids. 10 min queue times to potentially have a 2 minute raid is inexcusable, but I guess time doesn't matter for the folks who can play literally all day every day.

Doesn’t help that they got rid of literally all the useful items I used to buy from the traders. Skier and peacekeeper are absolutely useless at lvl1 now

I never have a problem with the money. I have a problem with the reputation. Getting some of that stuff like 0.2 is so tough. I try to knock out the daily tasks but the trader doesn't always have a task. Plus I suck so the regular quests take me a long time.

My take: Don't sell anything at a loss to peacekeeper or skier. Just sell them to the trader that gives the most AND buy dollars or euros.... You need 8k dollars anyway for friend from the west (early game) - mid to late game you need dollars for gear. Euros should be saved for hideout and I believe there is a quest to turn in euros - if not you can always put the euros towards an item case as this is the best way to get it anyway. Just my 2 cents - I don't sell anything to traders at a loss. Also condensed milk and defibs typically go for the same price on flea as it does to Jaeger - so just buy them on the flea and sell back to Jaeger.
