easy weekday dinner: stir fry udon noodles with shrimp and veggies | quick & healthy meal

This is one of my go-to meals when I'm too lazy to cook or don't have time! It's minimal effort, delicious, and quite healthy (in my opinion lol)

Ingredients:
Olive oil
Shrimp
Onion
Garlic
Veggies of choice (used in video: red bell pepper + zucchini)
Salt
Pepper
Oyster Sauce
Garlic & Herb seasoning
Cajun seasoning
Curry powder
Tumeric
Soy sauce
Squeeze of lemon
Udon noodles (or noodle of choice)
