It's confusing with these brand names - this is Easyfone, but there's also Evolveo EasyPhone. What my mom does not like about the senior phones she tried, is that the contact list starts with "Add contact, ICE, My number" and you have to scroll down to get to the first contact in the list every time. Does this phone have the same issue? And when you connect / disconnect the charger, some phones show a popup message that gets stuck and you have to press a key to close it. My mom then keeps asking: "What does the phone want from me, is it charging or not?" because sometimes you disconnect it and it still has the "Charger connected" message. Does this phone have the same issue? I guess, I'll have to buy her a Nokia 105 4G or 8210 4G (those seem to be the only models with an option to have a larger text size) because Nokias usually are not that annoying. Hopefully :)
