Good code, I work with Comsol software for compute the homogenised effective elastic properties for random microstructures, Can you use this code later with a Comsol?
The conde can not be used directly to an other sofware such as Comsol. But the publishded concept of the code can be used to develop a similar plugin. see link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s00366-018-0616-4
Yes, in the updated version, if you tick the last box the plugin will only generate PBCs, you can use them to make your step, and apply the desired strains, then do your own calculations.
