You'll be known both far and wide, for your video from the countryside. You've made me feel a whole lot nicer, for eating mushrooms is much wiser.

Well Adam, 59 going on 40, that should make folks take notice. Never gained weight as most people do. Been ill twice in the past five years. And no joint pain what so ever. The point is, there's a supply of vital nutrients available to us all no matter where you may live. Learn them and find them if your not physically up to that yet start at your grocer and work up to it. But in time the walk in the woods is so much more pleasurable then standing in a line wearing a mask.

Definitely a sage,, not to be eaten lightly. But with toothsome knowlege, and information, brightly Given to all, And to all creatures, Great, and small..

You are so awesome Adam. Wonderfully informative and science-based video (I love that about your approach), I love the rhyming too....at first you caught me off guard but then I realized you were intentionally rhyming! :) I am up here in Southern Ontario....and I am actively looking for mushrooms even though it is -5 to -7 Celsius. I ate my first wild oyster mushrooms this fall, picked from a tree on one of the many trails my dogs and I run, and the flavours were simply outstanding. Here in Southern Ontario I find Lion's Mane, tons of white (and a few pink) Lepista in the fall, and even some yellow morels (this year's morels made my best ever mushroom meal). But with the help of your videos i hope to safely identify and find more species of mushrooms to pick and eat. Keep up the amazing work Adam. Maybe one day I can come down and take a course with you in person, bringing my wife and daughter (I especially love introducing wild mushroom hunting to my daughter so that one day she can show introduce mushroom foraging to her own children too)! :)
