There’s no herringbone or reverse herringbone on any Turkish Airlines aircrafts. They’re all forward facing with some (787 for example) having all direct isle access.

Took Biz class both ways from San Fran to Istanbul and back 2 weeks ago. Was a 14 hour flight both directions. Biz class was worth every penny. From constant stream of food, whiskys, cognac, espresso, tea, Turkish coffee and snacks. The staff was incredible. Highly recommend to spend the money. Getting access to the Polaris lounge in San Fran and the world class Biz lounge in Istanbul. Then the preferred boarding and check-in, its a no brainer

It's all very nice, but PLEASE refrain from pronouncing the "l" in "salmon."

Don't expect too much. On my flight from Vancouver to Istanbul on Oct 1, 2022. I ordered fish and they gave me penne with cheese which I hated most. I returned the whole dish to them and they said they don't have fish and insisted that I have ordered penne. As a matter of fact, I later found out that the penne was served in the economy classs. My husband ordered beef and it was as hard as leather. The breakfast omelette is hard to swollen . For the whole flight, I only have three pieces of bread, a few soft drink, a bowl of soup and three shrimp as appetizer I tried business class of Air Canada many times, Japan Airlines, China Airlines and their services were excellent. Turkish Airlines was the worst experience I have ever had.

They know you're blogging so your treatment was different. We tried both B777 and the Dreamliner. Both bad service and bad food. They gave you bottled water. We never got one on our IST-SFO flight 7 months ago. They only chose which ones whom to give. We have to ask and our flight attendant will give us about 1/3 cup of water. Very annoying. We have to run to a water fountain when we arrived in SFO. We were so thirsty. The male crew dressed as a chef had a big smile. Ours going was rude and didn't even talk to us. Only 1 toilet for the whole Business Class passengers.. A lot of passengers were upset because we have to stand in line. Coming back, a young female also dressed as a chef took our meal order without saying a word. Did not see her again during the entire flight. Not anymore with Turkish Airlines. A waste of $4,200 for me. We like Turkeyi very much especially our Royal Hot Air Balloon ride in Goreme. Food at the Lokantasi and their Baklavas are very good but not in the plane. When we go back to Turkeyi, we will take another airline. Aneanseyo.
