I've seen a lot of couples go through mad cheating stuff and stay together because of kids and not wanting to look like a failure to friends and family... In the end the truth comes out and you might as well be truthful to yourself, and the other person involved!

For me to forgive cheating takes that the cheating happened under certain circumstances. If it happened out of boredom and lack of interest about me or if it was love/physical desire she seeked in someone else because she couldn't find it in me are less excusible than the circumstance of being partying and drinking without real ill intention behind it. Another factor is the honesty of my partner. If I find out that she cheated from her co-worker or friend is harder to swallow than if she straight up told me on the next day out of regret....but each person has his/her own boundaries what makes this topic difficult to limit into a frame of right and wrong or correct and incorrect

I was cheated on by my ex husband when I was pregnant with our daughter. Ironically my twin sister was also cheated on when pregnant (with twins!) but she’s still together with her husband. Either way trust is lost and if you do stay together there is ALOT of work to try and mend what was broken!
