Eat day and night! Thanks to this recipe I lost 10 kg! Vitamin bomb!
One of my favorite recipes! You can eat day and night! Low calories and lots of vitamins! A real vitamin bomb! Eat and lose weight! With this recipe I was able to lose 10 kg! You no longer need diets and exercises!
📌 RECIPE:
2 zucchini.
Zucchini is rich in vitamins (A, C, K, B6) and minerals (magnesium, potassium, manganese). Cut into rings.
Improves digestion thanks to the high fiber content.
Improves vision due to the content of lutein and zeaxanthin.
Thanks to the calcium and magnesium content, they support bone health.
Promotes heart health through the potassium content.
1 teaspoon salt.
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika powder.
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic.
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs.
mix thoroughly.
Fry in olive oil over medium heat.
1 teaspoon sesame seeds.
5g black pepper.
1 tablespoon soy sauce.
