INGREDIENTS
3 bananas
1/2-3/4 cup chocolate chips
2 tsp coconut oil
toppings (sprinkles, chopped nuts, etc)
DIRECTIONS
1) Cut bananas in half and insert popsicle sticks into flat edge. Freeze for at least one hour until hard.
2) Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in microwave by heating for 30 seconds at a time and stirring. Continue until chocolate melted.
3) Remove bananas from freezer. Coat in chocolate then roll in topping.s
4) Freeze coated bananas until hard, about one hour.
