the components:
4 medium sized cucumbers
1 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic, mashed
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon dried tomatoes, chopped
2 tablespoons basil, chopped
2 tablespoons mustard seeds
Soy sauce as desired
Green onions, chopped
Red onion, chopped
How to prepare:
Wash the cucumber and cut it into thin slices.
In a large bowl, mix the salt with the cucumber and leave for 10 minutes.
Drain the cucumber from excess water.
In a small bowl, mix garlic, honey, olive oil, paprika, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, mustard seeds, and soy sauce.
Add the cucumber to the mixture and stir well until the cucumber is coated with the dressing.
Garnish the salad with green onions and red onions.
