I really enjoyed watching this. A part of history that I knew nothing about. The interviews with the old people that actually lived through the war were fantastic.

beautifully filmed documentary! visually stunning, if slightly oneiric in pace - love all the effort that went into production, putting together all that historical memorabilia, all the detachedly brave and plainly honest stories.. really great work :) i love kiam chye too!!! :D

the chef have a really soothing voice :3

really wish more people from other places would make videos and documentaries about food scarcity during world war 2.
