I made the risotto for supper tonight and roasted baby cremini mushrooms along with the asparagus. It was fantastic! I've never made risotto before. It's so creamy and eating it feels so luxurious and decadent. Your recipes always equal happy, healthy, comfort food. Thank you!

They all look yummy! As a personal preference I will probably skip the coriander when I try it, but I will be trying these out. Everything is looking so bright in the kitchen, it’s lovely.

It's so nice to watch you cooking in your kitchen with all the space and functionalities! It's so beautifully done, and I love how nice and calming the B-roll is to watch 😄 I'll definitely be trying the risotto as soon as asparagus comes into season where we are! Though I'm sure some other veg like peas or zucchini would also make a nice addition ☺
They look so good and colourful! Especially excited to try out the last two recipes. I don't often use pomegranate seeds or white cabbage but I am ready for some spring variations and new combinations!

Those look amazing! I can’t wait to try them Maddie! Currently working with a nutritionist to heal my hormones and thyroid and have to incorporate 80% of veg into my plate but cannot be any veg, no onions, garlic, brócoli etc but those gave me huge inspo 🌿 thank you so much!
