Yeah. Gotta love a lot of the Aussie Asians. The Vietnamese Baker's are good value. I eat plenty of their products. And they're usually pretty friendly
Hilarious video. The real stinky tofu that the Taiwanese eat in night markets / for dinner is actually delicious but. It’s the dish that the old lady bought out after Hamish finished the “level 15” one. It’s usually deep fried with some pickled cabbage. You can also get it in a soup with other ingredients which is again very palatable even for a foreigner :)
That's a story that old lady will be telling her family. The day a couple weird white dudes with a camera crew came in, ate their worst, most disgusting tofu and almost vomited all over the place
Taiwan is my home sweet home but I don't like stinky tofu lol I wanna see Andy try that. Actually the fri-stinky tofu is much better than just tofu with cream... I'm happy that you visited Taiwan;)

Interestingly, fermented ancient tofu is basically how soy sauce is made, and that stuff is gods own food. Oh, and age soy source like wine. Throw some in the cellar and forget about it for ten years, trust me it will be amazing afterwards. The japanese have soy sauces that are 100+ years old and are apparently amazing.
