It's the 1000k in butter :P. I used to work in a kitchen and they fry everything in a ton of butter. Especially the heavy cream, butter and sugar from the french toast alone. Let alone the cream or full fat milk and butter added to the omelet. Then the syrup on the french toast. You'd be surprised , like shocked, at how many calories are in food in general when you count.

Hey man, honest to god question not trying to be mean or anything: are you even enjoying yourself by the end of your cheat days? I mean, you eat a shit ton of food. I know that when I tried doing massive cheat days before I felt so grossly full by mid afternoon and by the end I was just forcing food down just because it was a cheat day and I had to take advantage of it even though it wasn't satisfying anymore. Are you actually enjoying the food the entire day? Cause that's a crazy shit ton of food you ate lmao
