@Liberty or Death Ice berg lettuce is like eating nothing. It is not healthy or unhealthy. The amount of nutrient ot provides is negligible. For 1 serving of 72 g, it gives 1% of your daily intake for protein and zinc and 3% for potassium. You would have to eat an undesirable amount of lettuce for it to matter.

The most common use of ice berg lettuce is as a burger or sandwich topping and it is not close to 72 g. For it to be healthy, it must offer health benefits. Eating usual amounts of ice berg lettuce has negligible effects on health. It is like saying eating cardboard is healthy because it has fibre.

Your logic regarding the advil is not my logic at all. My logic is more so you had to take 100 advils for anything to happen. Also your choice of advil was poor. Taking 1 advil will have a noticeable impact on health while eating 72 g of lettuce will not.
