Damnnn Matt I got class in 3 minutes lol . Fun fact Matt : I had a teacher last year (11th grade ) and his name is Matt . He’s an art teacher and he taught my brother 5-6 years ago . So we have lots of history together.

Proper French éclairs never have a whipped cream filling. The chocolate ones will have a chocolate cream/moose, the coffee ones a coffee cream/moose etc etc.

PS my fave bakery is hands down Wolf Island Bakery in Kingston ON...😋. Haven't been there in over 10 years so no clue if it's even there anymore lol. The base of a Nanaimo is typically graham crackers (or crackers) with butter and cocoa and sugar and eggs and fine nuts its sooooo good!!!!

Nanaimo bars are chocolate on top, vanilla custard i believe and the bottom is coconut and chocolate, there might be something else in the base but I know it's mostly coconut. I've never made them so im not 100% sure. But I do love me a Nanaimo bar, I really love the ones from m&ms. Can't get more Canadian than that. You should do a video with just all Canadian foods, would be cool to watch! 🇨🇦

Well I'm not sure I want to reveal my job but it is the totally opposite for an introvert ironically as it's in the service industry. If you're patient I can answer the rings in my next q&a if you make sure to ask again when I plan it.

OMG these look incredible! I could have maybe four bites haha! Just a question, do you draw a lot of the pictures I'm noticing in your background or your older background? My 10 yr old daughter is absolutely enthralled with Anime and Japanese culture and her bedroom is wall to wall pictures she's drawn of characters from her favourite anime.
