@@tarynmorgan7292at least cheez itz use real cheddar cheese, but with all of the additives and preservatives I assume it’s super unhealthy. I think goldfish are actually an okay snack though-they’re not the epitome of healthy, but they can definitely be a part of a well balanced diet.
Honestly fat isn’t fattening believe it or not. It’s the whole concept for the keto diet. Carbs are the bad stuff, but everything in moderation is probably the best option.

If you didn’t know of why does crackers have holes in them? Well it’s so it can cook all through out the cracker so the some aren’t to cold and same with donuts and other foods
I have to say this is real healthy. My bro got cancer but I started feeding him this everyday. The good news he no longer has cancer. The bad news is I don't see him anymore.
