many things looked good like the pasta, singapuri noodles and some other stuff pizza had very less cheese but it was okay in rs. 96 burgers also looked fine and even places like mc donalds and burger king have that sticky patty french fries always become soft after some 10-12 minutes this is a universal truth i've also ordered many times from zomato and many places with 4+ ratings with very high price gave shit food but there is a momos stall whose momos are really good but he has some 3.2 stars on zomato overall after watching the video i would have given 3.5/5 to the food here

I used to watch his videos regularly, as he used to go different places and show their cuisines and dishes. But with this video, he has seriously dented his image. It maybe a worst restaurant, we can't say untill we eat there. But if you are trying their food just for reviewing, then you must be neutral at first. But you started with a mindset that since it has low ratings so their food will be not upto the mark. If you didn't liked the food, you could have pointed out what was missing in each items, not ridiculed them for not doing well. Try to give constructive feedback and suggest them how they can improve, not just start with negative comments and make fun of the items. During this hard times, some are not getting even bad food also, and you are making fun of the food you ordered.
