I tried Victoria’s Secret Model diets and workouts for 3 DAYS and this is the results…
I finally decided to try the Victoria's Secret diet & workout challenge and I have no regrets. I followed some healthy recipes and enjoyed all of the meals + tried some workouts that models like Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid and Alessandra Ambrosio recommend. I was happy with the results and would 100% do this again!!

what gym did you go to? every time i go to a gym they tell me im too "young for their facilitys" :(

we were swimming but just snuck into the adults gym haha we were being respectful of the equipment and people there but we ended up being asked to leave like 20 mins in, they do have a kids gym but the last time we tried to go they said you needed to bring a parent to sign a form x
