Nice end of Autumn placid views. Perugia is the italian capital of chocolate (in October the Eurochocolate festival takes place right there).

@@LuxLisbon32Sorry but... No. l'Italia è una democrazia e più di un quarto della popolazione da decenni ormai si astiene dal voto. Il grande paradosso delle democrazie occidentali è che la "maggioranza" potrebbe essere la metà della metà della metà considerando quanti partiti ci sono e quanto sia in questo modo dispersivo il voto. Per riassumere: in democrazia non governa la maggioranza.

E questo è uno dei governi più "democraticamente eletti" degli ultimi vent'anni. Negli ultimi dieci anni poi si sono susseguiti governi tecnici non eletti da nessuno.
