Shaq has a quick service Big Chicken restaurant on Carnival Cruise, we went last fall and were shocked at how good it was (both the cruise and Big Chicken). Y’all need to try their sauces…no reason to go to Raising Caines for their trash food when Shaq will throw the hammer down like John Henry Iron.

I can tell you my worst celebrity restaurant was Michael Jordan’s steakhouse in downtown Chicago. Highly priced and the food was average to say the least.

There's a Shaq chicken joint close by, I'm definitely going to try that sandwich. I'll eat anything with mac n cheese on it. Dodgers legend Tommy Lasorda used to have a restaurant in South Pasadena. My parents took me there a couple of times when I was a kid. One time Tommy was there playing host. I shook his hand and got an autographed baseball. It was one of the coolest nights of my life. That memory alone makes Lasorda's my favorite celebrity owned restaurant.
@CoreyWagnerChicago I don't mind splurging on things, but a chicken sandwich isn't one of them. Even in overpriced California, you can get a great chicken sandwich for $3 - $7. There's no way i would pay $10 just for a chicken sandwich. You can get a good chicken sandwich combo with large fries and a large drink between $5 - $9 But Shaq, with his billion dollar net worth and regular people taste buds, has forgotten about regular people's bank accounts. In his mind, he probably thinks $10 is a great price. I'm willing to bet it doesn't cost more than $3 for him to make that chicken sandwich. it's probably less than $3.
@@bigbog442 yeah, it's not for everyone. It's like shake shack. It's pricier then McDonalds but it's a better experience. Same with this spot. Pricier then a McChicken but a wayyyyy better experience. 🤷♂

the chicken is actually freaking delicious. live in Des Plaines a few minutes away. the nuggets are great too. Stay away from the sweet pot. fries togo, they were terrible
