I was in Paris last month and happened to stumble upon this market, and after waiting for ~30 minutes I got a seat in this restaurant, Les Enfants du Marché, and I can safely say its the best meal I've ever had hahaha

I fucking love Action. He is such an interesting, cultured, funny, and nice dude. He has so much respect and love for people and their food it’s just the greatest. I always wanted to meet him, and shake hands with a musical legend but I’m afraid I’d freeze the fuck up from being so mediocre standing before him haha.
