The Testicle Festival is a huge thing at Round The Bend Steakhouse here in Nebraska, between Lincoln and Omaha. It's like one of the biggest ones in the world. I personally think it's weird, but apparently it's like an acquired taste maybe? They make them in all sorts of weird ways and just have a festival trying dozens of different ways to cook bull fries.

Lols, I am from small town Saskatchewan, where every spring there is an abundance of brandings. (Days ranchers set aside, call of their friends, brand all of the calfs, and then have a barbecue). A couple always serve prairie oysters (calf testicles got fresh that day), so I have, numerous times, ate calf testicles.
