I really appreciate you talking so openly and normally about smear tests! As it should be!! It's something that is so normal and so NECESSARY! I just want all women to know it's not embarrassing it's not shameful or anything! It's for your health and safety so please please do it!! I don't understand why people are embarrassed by it, well unfortunately I suppose I do as unfortunately it is just not talked about enough! It should be as normal and casual as going to the doctor for anything! Like just a check up! If anyone feels embarrassed just remember that is literally the doctors job! They see it almost every day! It is so normal for them! And the only person nervous or feeling embarrassed is you! I promise once you go for your first time you will literally think to yourself after it oh that wasn't so bad at all! What was I worrying about! Love the positivity around smear test and spreading the message and awareness. It took me three years to go get mine due to nerves. I now look back and think how silly I was. Like you said it’s over in 30 seconds and the nurses make you feel so at ease
I remember having my smear test and asking the nurse how often she does them. My appointment was at 9am and she told me she’d already done 4 before me that day! Made me feel soooo much more comfortable
Hannah, thank you so much for mentioning about smears. The first age is 25. I was so embarrassed due to past abuse. I thought I had an appt for my bloods and the nurse had booked my smear. I had it done at 26- and honestly- it might have saved my life. I had cancerous cells of my cervix. I thought I was basically going to die. I had to have frequent treatment. But 29 now, currently... All clear ❤️
I'm so thankful to you, for spreading positivity around smear tests and try to normalise it. It will save lives. Get ya smears girls, it's easy and super quick.
It saved my life! I've always had them and have always been on time with them and I ended up with CIN2 (the stage before it's turning into cancer), so if I hadn't gone when I did, I might not be here now. I love ladies that spread this message 💕
@@melanieangeletta1863 I'm so so glad you caught it on time. My cousin had breast cancer at 29 so I have the gene which means I have them more regular. I would never ever miss mine, I know the importance so others need to know too. Your story is a powerful one. I hope you continue to stay healthy 🥰

We’ve been to krakow! Deffo go and eat at Sioux and the spaghetti! And hard rock is good when there’s live music too! There’s an amazing shopping centre called galleria krakowska! You can hire the electric scooters too which are sooooo much fun when you build a little bit of confidence on them, if you go and ride along the river there’s loads of space to have fun on the scooters and there’s a pancake bar called mr pancake which you NEEEED to google! Also the salt mines are right near aushwitz so do them as one trip it’s a good hour drive from the centre so seems a waste to do it as two separate trips! Normally you can do aushwitz in the morning and then the Salt mines in the afternoon, they are really good so you should deffo do them! Hope this helps❤️

1000% go get your smear! Also think it should be lowered to 18 or something. I had to get treatment for CIN2 (precancerous cells) which were discovered on my first ever smear. Was due a follow up end of 2021 but got pregnant with my 2nd and they can’t do smears when pregnant. Over a year later and I’m awaiting my 2nd smear results. It’s fab that you’re talking about it x
Thank you for talking about smear tests. It is such an important thing for us to do- to take control of our health! It’s a minute of our lives that can make a huge difference! There’s so much support out there too for people who might struggle to get their test for whatever reasons ❤

Hey gal, Smears are so important as you say. I avoided mine til I was like almost 30 and I’m so glad I didn’t leave it longer. About to have my third. It’s not something I’d do as a day out 😂 it’s uncomfortable but can save your life! Defo go back yo the bagel place! I used to be a laser hair removal technician and so many women and men would be so embarrassed but when you do something everyday and see a lot of peoples bits it just becomes normal, I had no feelings towards the intimate job I was doing. Go get tested ladies, no one’s judging your bits they are just doing their job 😊
I agree your smear test is so important my first was delayed as it was due when lockdown first started only just had it and I'm nearly 27 now all good but best to be sure than sorry I have had many lumps checked over the years too chest and under arm feeling is so important as well 👏💖
I visited Krakow and went to the Salt Mines, very interesting but took a good few hours! I visited Schindler's factory which I thought was even better than the mines so would recommend the factory if you only have time for one other thing!
Salt mines is fun Hannah! They have a beautiful almost like ballroom at the bottom. You can actually lick the walls omg lol. But it depends the other activity you’re choosing between 🤗🫶🏼💕

Make sure you go to mr pancake in krakow, amazing pancakes but the burgers looked good too! The salt mines was interesting and the lift back up from them was nuts, I’d say definitely go for some history x
I’ve been to Krakow! Such a great, cheap city. I went to auchwitz and the salt mines which i’d definitely recommend, it’s very cool 😊 would also recommend Schindlers factory
Love this vid!! Krakow is amazing you will love it there, so much to do there and the food is amazing. The Salt Mine is stunning and would defo recommend going. We used a company through airbnb for the Auschwitz tour and the Salt Mines which I would recommend also, the company pick you up and take you to the attractions and then take you back which made the experience a lot less stressful❤

My smear is tomorrow I have put it off I’m nervous but the nurse knows it’s just their job and I’m a student nurse I know nurses are very person centred and will hopefully make it less awkward lol
It has been there years but it is fast food Chinese, not takeaway Chinese which is different. Chopstix sits there the whole time and they collect what you want. I would rather get a takeaway than food course Chinese.
I was so surprised at how unbothered I was when I went for a smear😅 just think about how many the nurses do so why would they care! Go get the smear gals!
I’d say the salt mines are worth a visit just for a carved rooms/sculptures, and general history! beware the literal 800 stairs are the beginning that were like spiral 🥲 it was horrible going down them but once you get past that alls we’ll ha (you can get the lift back up)
We did a trip that was the salt mines and concentration camps (went to two) and it was a really good way to see everything. You neeeeeed to find a bar called wodka bar! Soooo amazing!!!!! Xxxx
