Actually haldiram has 2 varieties 1. Chola kulcha 2. Matara kulcha Aapne chola kulcha Liya hai not matara kulcha and matara kulcha is that which is usually found with street kulcha

Khaman and dhokla are different things in delhi you call it dhokla but in Gujarat and maharashtra called it khaman and dhokla is made up of suji and lots of dahi

Khaman is made of gram flour and is juicy and dhokla is made from rice flour ... Dhokla is preferred with green chatni when khaman is with mithi kari and mirchi with onion salad ... Btw love from Gujarat bhai ❤️❤️

khamn without water and is usually consumed with rai and oil tadka with onion chillI and green thick chutney and is spicy and dhokla is sweet and fluffy version which have sweet water in it and both will taste better with yellow thin sev

Khaman dhokla are made of chana dal And normal dhokla is made of rice flour and haldiram should have provided green chutney which is sweet and spicy

khaman is supposed to be spongy kinda and little sweet because of soda which is why they have mirch on top but the mirch is supposed to be deep fried dhokla is spicy

Dhokla is more like flat and slim and khaman is like puffed.. This is the difference I know as a pure gujarati. And khaman is not eaten with red chutney they are eaten with green chutney here in Gujarat. BTW love your videos.

Khaman dhokla is made of gram flour or freshly grind chane. There are two types. The one you had is watery one. Doesn't need chutney. Then there are ery one which are served with chutney. And normal dhokla are made of rice flour or freshly grind soaked rice. Normally served with dry garlic chutney or green chutney. Both are completely different.

Khaman.. two types are there ..one nylon khaman which is shown in video..made up of besan .. second shurti Salty khaman...made up of chana daal

I think bhai north indian hain toh north indian khana unhe roz milta hai ghar mein, raidi wale stalls mein - so he is more critical. Baki cuisines like dosa and dhokla he eats less toh he is less critical. I think it would be same for someone else living in south. They maybe more critical of dosa and like chole kulche......
