Than why does everyone refer the sausage to Hmong sausage? And All Asians eat Rice and sticky purple rice, Also BBQ..This is simply: Hmong Street Food. Bruhhh come on man..
@poormansoutdoors.6765 it's like calling it Hmong hotdogs but traditionally we don't have hotdogs...like creating our hotdogs just the way we like it...Papaya salad is not ours either and so does Lap..if you ask the oldest Hmong in their 90's they probably don't know what these foods are back in Laos. what you mention are not Hmong foods..older Hmong like our great granmas don't know how to make BBQ or sausage, and we don't eat sticky rice ..these are lao and Thai foods they eat sticky rice.. our Hhong only eat sweet Chinese rice. As more of our people have money, we are eating Lao food and abandoning Hhong food. The ingredients that make up this food are not found in the forest. 1000% older Hmong can't cook them then it's not Hmong foods.
