I totally agree with you. You are what you eat and I say that because I was not taking care of myself and eating lots of McDonald’s and ended up becoming diabetic got really sick and got an infection in my blood which caused an abscess and I had to have surgery, it was a very traumatic experience but I learned from it I turned my lifestyle around and been eating organic and clean been exercising. I’ve lost 80 pounds and I reversed my diabetes
