For every idea on the list: treat them like a recipe. Note down items needed, time needed to do it etc. When you’re having a super busy week go to the quick ideas and if you have a quieter week look at something that requires more time/prep. Maybe record several “short” vids in one go and save them so that when you’re struggling some weeks they can be uploaded rather than you trying to record something each week. Health is wealth and we’d all rather you take a break if needed than try and cram everything in so try not to stress and be good hard on yourself 🙌🏻 x

An idea for Picking the teams for the next 100vs10000: how about you randomise by using a dice and who rolls even gets a team and odds are the other team but you use the wheel to see who throws the dice first and that person is on the good team so if he rolls even then the even is the good team and odd is bad and vice versa! (just an extra layer of random, so the wheel only gives a chance to roll the dice and if the first 3 players get all evens then the others are automatically on the bad team no need for using the wheel anymore)
