Latif my friend, god be with you, I've chosen this vid on random, only to tell you, I cooked chicken jalfreze for a friend that owns a pub, she wants me to cook for a ...........Curry quiz night in the pub,.of course I told her my great grandparents were Indian, it's been passed down the generations, now she's calling my bluff 😂 you have caused me a dilemma 🤣🤣

Love you're Channel my friend, I'm not joking, I either tell her I'm wishing on luck and following instructions, or that my greatgranparents were Indian, and there is nothing I don't know about cooking, to be fair latif, she is so thick, the world is my Oyster, chicken biryani good for a party food, I just increase the volumes of ingredients, god bless you son x

The last time I visited Bangladesh eating out wasn't so big. It was always home food which I cant complain and was always delicious... Bangladesh has come a long way and especially catering foreign foods like pizza and Turkish food.

My grandad was from Sylhet, he came to the UK during the Second World War. I’m mixed heritage and fascinated with your videos of Bangladesh and also your cooking videos of Bangladeshi cuisine. I only know how to cook one mutton curry recipe from my grandad. Thanks for the great content 👍🏼.

Who is that handsome little chap with you :). I have literally only just found your channel, I am a grandmother and finally got into making my own curries at home as all our children and grandchildren love curry! Tastier and much cheaper than take outs here!. Watching Nadiya Hussain has inspired me and so I searched for more chefs, mainly bangladeshi chefs and wow you also make it clear and easy to follow. 100% you need to explore more restaurants because every time Syheltis visit Bangladesh almost 99.9 percent of the time they/we are given a chaperone that is usually from the village and doesn’t know what anything about Sylhet we’re to eat what to do etc so these videos will 100 % mean a lot to those visiting in the future

A little sad to see how countries with increasing standard of living inevitably go down the same bad western food habits of sugar laden drinks, unhealthy fast foods, leading to obesity and diabetes. I see this happening all over S/SE Asia

I am SO glad that you love to live in England. And that you can make a good living making FRESH CLEAN food in England. But i have been there. And the standards of cleaniest is APPALLING there. Food hygene is APPALLING. Ask ALL the women who come to your restaurant in England how they would feel to be with you there. They would HATE IT!!!! INSHALLA!!!!!!!! "Looks nice and clean".... WHY would you NEED to say that lol!!!! Cos everything else makes you SICK!!!!!!! Show us the toilets and the hand washing facilities. THEN we can work it out. I got ECOLI there LOL!!!!! Nearly died!!!!!!!!!!!

But the sad reality is, despite the poor hygiene levels in south asia. Our western immune systems can't handle it ... they are doing just fine. India is bustling with a billion plus population. They got no issues.
