Today we went to Bangkok’s Chinatown: Yaowarat Road to eat some delicious Marinated Raw Crabs! The plan was to eat multiple other street foods but it was soo unbearably hot we decided to cut the video short and go home LOL Sorrry 😅!

I love raw crab prepared both using Korean and Hawaiian recipes. But, at room temperature, out in the open air with traffic fumes nearby, with flies, no thanks. It’s gotta be Uber chilled, served in the most sanitary way and even eaten with gloves on.

As a Korean, we eat the raw pickled crab too. I wish I can visit Thailand to try This raw crab Thailand style. This looks so yummy❤

I wouldn't eat this because I like the taste of crab alone of with lemon and better (never garlic because it overpowers the crab flavor). I grew up around Seattle and crab is eaten a lot there with generally just a butter sauce. I like a side of white rice again to not overpower the flavor of the crab.

Not a big fan of butter with crab. We like a tangy sweet and spicy fish sauce to go along with it haha

I don’t know, If you’re American, but most Americans just eat it with butter. but a lot of Asians eat crab how he likes it!!! Marinated with soy sauce like it’s a real spicy flavor!!

@@tonyntrangwhether it’s from popular stall or not, if we are not used to this type of food, there’s always chances of food poisoning. My Thai colleague actually told me that since he had been working overseas for many years, he can’t eat street food in Thailand now due to food poisoning experiences too.

I'm a very adventurous and open minded with food. But this is the one thing I wouldn't try. Uncooked shellfish sitting at room temperature. In the streets. With flies everywhere..... that's a very easy way to ruin your whole vacation
