I LOVE your Mukbangs Trish and I watch them for a multitude of reasons. I like listening to someone who is so open to talking about topics and not necessarily afraid of other people's judgement, something I've really learnt to do from you. As well as this, I have a very busy lifestyle and have a plant-based only diet so eating with my family is a rare occasion as I usually come home, cook, eat (if I have time) and then leave again and having someone eating at the same time as you and talking makes me feel less alone and more comfortable. Thirdly I love you as someone who is not the boring skinny 'perfect' person, you are so positive in reinforcing body positivity and happiness among people. Not every video is perfect quality with you completely dolled up and prepared, and that's what I love, your authenticity.

Food is a big comfort for me also. I struggled with bulimia for years and then a couple of months of anorexia before I just had to recover. I could live a sad life with my bulimia, but anorexia was absolutle hell for me. The way my brain worked while suffering through either one was completely different. But during both eating disorders, food was the only thing on my mind. Food was more than a comfort. It took up all of my thoughts in a way it never should have.
