Today I ate the most expensive steak in the world! The type of steak was the luxury meat, Kobe Beef A5 (wagyu beef from Kobe,Japan). From grilling the steaks, to eating Kobe beef ribeye the world’s most expensive steak was a pure luxury experience. I hope you enjoyed this food taste test of this high priced meat as this was the best steak I have ever tasted! The high price price on this best quality wagyu was $3000 / 5lbs or $25/oz. you can get a5 wagyu beef (not from Kobe) at a japanese butcher shop in the lower east side Manhattan. also check out Don Wagyu in financial district for japanese sando (sandwich). the most expensive sandwich is made with a5 wagyu beef (not Kobe).

That continual flipping MATTERS! I once BBQ'd a 20 pound beef brisket rubbed down in seasoned bulked up with mustard powder yellow mustard. I had nevah done it afore, but apparently instinctively KNEW that flipping it ery 20 minutes or so was best. It turned out EXCELLENT, with a crispy melt in your mouth fat cap, a crispy exterior & a juicy tender interior. LOTS OF MEAT! :-) YUMMY! :-)

I went to Japan for a week. Kobe beef there is around 60 to 100 bucks for a meal. Felt like I was saving a ton of money, but then again, I had to get to and from Japan. I could eat Kobe every day there, probably the biggest highlight from Japan. Now I have to pay 250 bucks at Costco for a meal.
