My daughter gave me some smoked tuna jerkey, sliced about 1/16 " thin, marinaded in a rich sweet brine for the smoker, a very nice treat!

I had never seen anyone bury their fish in seasoning.. you really ought to try some fish with your seasoning or you could just add an egg to your seasoning make some season cakes.. fry them up and eat them LOL I'm actually surprised you don't
