My dad and I went on another fishing mission on our local lake and had a blast hunting down whatever we could catch. As I was cooking, I discovered my dad and stored an old M.R.E. in the boat as backup food for a failed fishing day. We opened it and explored the 40+ year old contents inside...

Your father is great. I truly love the father-son connection you guys have going on. My father and I used to be equally as close like you are with your father, sadly life takes many different turns and I am no longer able to experience memories with him, but watching you both enjoy a simple fishing day-meal and talking about your fathers military past, it defenetly brought joy to me, and brought memories. That solar generator is great for the summer. A good thing to do is to rinse the panels with water in the heat of the day to cool off the semi conductor and rinse away any dust.
