Ahh, I love this song. It's a great performance! In the audio sample, you have a quiet impedance hum. But I didn't recognize it when the altos started to sing. It's nearly the same frequency. :-)
This song actually predates Frozen by a wide margin. The group rearranged the melody for the Disney film to remove the references to "Deilig er jorden," a relatively noteworthy Christian hymn (English speakers may know the melody as either Saint Elizabeth or the Crusader's Hymn, the setting to "Beautiful savior" and "Fairest lord Jesus")
Most of the song doesn't have lyrics, however in the song there's another song called "Deilig er jorden" - a very traditional christmas song in Norway. It can't be translated directly but the vibe is kinda "beautiful is the earth". The translation of the part of the song here is " Beautiful is the earth, God's grace/sky is great, beautiful is the soul's pilgrim-song. Through the precious riches/kingdoms of the earth we go to paradice with song. The song itself is very beautiful so I would reccomend listening to that too!
I got jumped at that point when some of the girls were singing, but to me,i feel fine with that, meaning,it all seem ok but it's kind of scary, but it's alright,it's cool by the way
