But something is wrong the eaton fuller is an float gear box. The clutch is used only for take off and stop the truck. Exemple you are on 5 gear low use split for the 5 gear high and go to the neutral position split off and pull the 6 gear whitout clutching. But you need to range correct the rpm for the gear was engage. Half speed the rpm drop 200 rpm and 5 gear To 6 gear rpm drop 400rpm. That is true shifting. And for decrease the gear ou need to pull a little bit the throttle for up your rpm.

What’s the the difference between the High and Low in relation to the gears. ie: 1L 1H Which one is the higher RPM? If your load is heavy do you start on 1L or 1H( LL/LH)?

@@PaxmanValentaClass43 then it is not a question of which between 1L or 1H is the highest in rpm but at equal speed the low is higher than the high. for example at 8 mph in 1L you are at 1600 rpm and in 1H at 1400 rpm. In case of heavy load the take off is done in LL. Namely that LL / HL and 1L / 1H are 2 very distinct speeds. And if you needed you use half speed or not. it depends on the gearbox (final ration) and engine performance

@@arjaymckenzie6964 But in real life , you float the gears if you have any idea what you're doing. The fact you can do it in the game is awesome. Way better in non synchro though. Which you can turn on in the game files.

Yup! You can change the split and range input to a momentary button press (toggle) or a sustained switch flip

Use the setup wizard, bind to keypad, that's how I've done it. Have to hold it down to stay in gear though, so there's that.

You can skip alot more gears depending how heavy you are running.

Maybe it's you shifter toggle is not selected as well as the key binds being set correctly
