You are having too much fun! This is a good distraction from the Bug project. The fun of making it up as you go, there is no such thing as a wrong direction.

Yes! That looks like it will get the job done and definitely turn heads. Also good to hear about the bug motor. The turbo will make 350-400 no problem and get you on the road. Using the Honda harness is a good idea as well because splicing the two would probably suck. See you soon.

I like the way you have organized the plumbing. Make the exhaust tips point up 90* and tilt them backwards towards the tailgate.

Did u see what happened to sketchy vert with that same style intake he blew it apart and it went really bad from there I think he had 25 lbs of boost his engine was built really good

I got a 89 Corolla SR5 like a front wheel drive 86' basically. Thinking of three options, got a 3.0 V6 that came from my Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4 I also have a LSB18B1 non Vtec Honda motor but no trans or harness or go with an LS 4.8-5.3 like your Jeep and make a RWD track car. If you're also wondering about the cooling for for you MR2 Buggy. Kyle from BoosterBoiz I think had a pump under his MR2 he's building. He's shooting to make 1KHp with his build and did a custom TT set up. With Hp on your buggy too 350 would be fun to have and drive around. I'm planning to make 4-450 with my car build with a 4G63T engine bc the trans I'm using can take about that with an aftermarket oil pan I believe. Keep up the awesome work with the Jeep. It's about fun and you just wanna share it with the world. I would too but I hate hearing myself over the mic 😂

Straight pipe no muffler

Fully weld the pipes or you will make zero boost,try and clean out carbon deposits or you will experience what I call Roman candle effect,don't rely on the wrap!!!!

Lots of grinding & welding going on there but I never saw anything covering up the oil galleries in the turbos. Next thing they fail & everybody is calling Ebay Junk.

Nice choice on how to run the turbos and tubing. It looks clean and efficient. Like the idea of it exiting out the the back in a big single rather then the sides but obviously your choice. As for making the Civic a truck just think back to your last thunderstorm video and what an open back would do to your interior. Noah and his ark come to mind but if you dont mind driving with a snorkel in your mouth then go for it. #soggyassbrigade!

Ball hone those pipes so you dont suck all that crud into the turbos. Also will help with flow ALOT And to keep things from rusting right away you should steel brush the outside and paint it before wrap

I was thinking you could just not center your muffler. Move it on the driver side so you will get rid of your strange curve exhaust at the end. just a suggestion ;)

my understanding is that the LS2 intake is the worst of all the LS stuff. in fact to my knowledge the LS3 intake is the one you want. everyone please feel free to chime in.

It needs a big snorkel and a stack like all the 'hard core' jeep guys that like driving through 2m deep water.

Stick with the center exit diamond shape but maybe hide the muffler under the bed and just shoot the pipes straight down off the turbo.

I think the old Willy's jeep windshield chopped would look great on the Jevette

Civ-up cool . Maybe airbags for the rear as helpers, bigger loads.

Im a fan but I think u may be confused! Thats not a 98mm turbo, lol. Mic the inducer compressor wheel. That looks like an ebay gt45. Its likely a 69mm turbo. U went thru a lot of work, but you sized the compounds incorrectly. Best of luck I know youll run it anyway! Youd be light years ahead with 2 little $145 gt35s and ditch the compound idea.

Big turbo is too small for a compound setup on a V8.

Im not sure if you have mentioned in the past, but those turbos are mainly for looks/running very low pressures, it would be very difficult for that setup to run high pressures which would translate to low psi and a lot of turbo lag, for high performance forced induction, I believe you have to keep the pipes as short as possible, I havent watched the whole series, so Idk if you had talked about that.

All that money your spending on grinder disc could go torward a nice chop saw and a metal blade that will last you a very long time and less risk of you walking around with nubs for fingers lol but I'm loving the compound turbo idea and 350-400 in that bug will be plenty for a fast street car

You are too worried about making power with the ls. Just run what you have and change it later if needed. I bet you can still make 500whp or more with the ls1 stuff. Just keep building and make it work then refine it later if needed.

You can always do an Electric Dump gate before the muffler,just for drags or to shoot the flames for show.Totally Bad-Arse build !

Turbos tend to eat up the exhaust sound of engine anyway and running compound like you are, you will not need a muffler bro!! You will be amazed at how quite it will be running the two snails and just a dump pipe out the back.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the larger turbo is feeding the smaller one..? If so wouldn't that push the smaller one past it's limits and possibly cause it to cease up...?

I am becoming concerned that the charge side of the turbos will be fighting each other. Don't twin turbo cars have matched turbos and two manifolds? #BeGentleOnMe

A set of jumper wires for your power tool battery can do many things at a junkyard including power for a cluster to check mileage👍

I think the charge side is supposed to go from Little to big in order to help the big One spool faster! You put them the wrong way!!! Aside from that, keep up the good work!

I've always wanted to do a compound set up like this but add a twin screw supercharger for that insta boost and to just cover every base. LoL

How are you going to oil the turbo's ? I think you may need to build a reservoir on the return side to build up the oil quantity .You will need at least double the capacity of the existing oil pan to keep the turbos lubed .

Even if you what the turbos in the back and that's not the best place for them you run one pipe from each side into each turbo you don't run one into an other,if you don't no why do some reading.

I think you might be able to turn the intake around so the cold side goes through the fire right into the intake. Maybe u already said this in a previous video.

GARAGE IdiotS ,I've been thinking about putting an LS engine into my 69 Chevelle that has been parked for 15 years(due to a *freind* borrowing(stealing) my 468. My question is, what casting number are the heads you just pulled and what engine was in the Trailblazer? Why didn't y'all buy the complete engine from it instead of only getting the heads? And lastly, which engine would you recommend for me to look for, with considering adding a turbo on? And the fact that funds are very limited(I'm on disability due to multiple failed back surgeries and broken screws in my back).

Buy a harbor freight portable band saw!!! Also I think you’re routing the compound turbo setup wrong, small feeds big, big charges the engine?

Are those heads L86 code?

The small one needs to feed the big one exhaust in the small one charge into large then feed engine

STOP!!!!! Your plumbing out wrong.... you have to swap your "cold" side plumbing around, the small turbo needs to feed the intake of the big turbo then the big turbo feed the engine.

Exhaust goes to small turbo hot side....small turbo cold side goes to big turbo hot side....big turbo cold side goes to intake manifold. Someone correct me if I'm wrong
