eBay Shipping Charges going to wrong PayPal account. Fixed!

Sorry for the length. The PayPal "Pay Now" screen completely changed quite a few times over 4 days. I explain what changed each day and why. Now, after doing this, my eBay Shipping charges are going on the correct eBay/PayPal account.

Thanks for a great explanation! I don't sell a ton, but ever since they made us set up the business accounts I had the same issue with shipping charges. At least now I have a direction that makes sense. thanks!

Yo, I put I. The wrong routing numbers for payout and when I add the one one that’s mine I can’t really put the right rounding numbers bcuz the numbers I put in aren’t the correct routing numbers
