I guess you can't. In addition, the sound indicates whether the device is working as it should. Otherwise, you might think that you have switched the mode and the battery in the remote control may have worn out and not sent the request. Similarly, the battery in the lamp.
For those who are confused how to pair them. You have to put the Light close to the controller then you have to hold the middle button of the light to connect them.
I have the same one but it doesn’t work, only the red light turns on and the remote does have the little blue lights but when I press a button nothing happens

ive got this model,,(fully charged)but an led light KEEPS flashing even with NO POWER TOO UNIT,,not too sure if its a fault or low battery setting,but like i said its fully charged,,let me know if yours does the same thing

Did i used jargons? @@timetobeast7261 The controller battery needs to remove/changed if cell dried out, it will reset the controller and paired for you with the light. The diode that transmit IR wave have to disconnect from current supply. It helped me, hope helped others too.

Yes, you can, I purchased two units recently and managed to sync one of the controllers to the two devices. Just do a normal sync to the second device following the instructions in the manual.
how to turn off the remote control? Mine blinks and therefore consumes batteries. There should be some sort of sleep or shutdown function for the remote control so as not to waste the battery 24x7

Any user have problems like this ? I turn on the back light with one push on the black button. Directly the red 16 LED diamond shape backlight is on. The device is not reacting to any of the remote control buttons. Please if you have any idea....
Got the product, but pressing the light mode (circle) it sometimes skipped the hazard light, didnt responsive, or perhaps just automatocally turned off. The main light is fully charged before use. What seems the problem for it? Do I have to replace the remote's battery?
