A variant of the Panhard EBR armored vehicle with more powerful armament. It featured improved suspension and the two-man GIAT TS 90 turret, upgraded to accommodate a 105 mm gun. The vehicle never saw mass production, nor entered service.

the worst thing that has happened to WoT even WTE100 was not that stupid and broken as this disgusting gokart ,defying laws of pyhsics with those sharp turns and going 90kmh on a soft terrain makes you wonder what are those devs smoking and why are they not removing it from the game

Depends on your crew. Optics is necessary, and I'd go with vert stab. But then if you have a good crew go for vents, if not take the rammer

I use Low noise exhaust, bond optics and vents because I like to have some camo as well and I don't really care about DPM and stuff like this. But you can replace the exhaust with gun rammer.
