You guys are sending wrong information out there. The guy is not broke, he purchased those property through mortgage and couldn't finish paying, so the bank went to court to sort for permission to sell the properties to retrieve their money. And it's an advantage to Michael because he paid some monies over the years on the mortgage so after the bank sells the property, they will give back to Essien what he paid over the years. And let us not forget, the exchange rate 11yrs ago is not the same now, so who is gaining here ,automatically is Essien because this like investment for him. Is never true Essien is broke, he can never be broke. He's got so many properties scarted all over the world .Even if he is broke, with just one phone call to some of his former football mates will solve his problem one time.
