EC gives green light for the registration of a new political party the People’s Freedom Front 

The Electoral Commission led by Justice Simon Byabakama, has given the green light for the registration of a new political party, the People’s Freedom Front. An inside source at the commission, who spoke on condition of anonymity, revealed that the electoral body held a closed-door meeting to resolve the matter after repeated unannounced protest from the PFF promoters.
