@@karthigat7315 hypokalemia causes ST segment and T wave prolongation (and subsequently QT time) plus presence of a U-wave. Yes hypo-Ca and hypo-Mg also cause QT prolongation. Hyper-K causes prolongation of the QRS and subsequently the QT time. In severe cases of Hyper-K we see bizarre QRS morphology and what's called "sine-wave" which means the QRS and T wave become indistinguishable.
