Apne bola ki hame pehle chote number jis row me aa rha ha use first row me le jaye. Aur apne 1 ko sabse chota bola. Lekin is question me 1 sabse chota kaise hua. Yaha toh -6 sabse chota hai 🙄😵

I think it is wrong because I think we need to change 2 in row1 as 0 because it is above second row leading element
