I actually own two of these. There not bad at all, they may not have the cfm of the pb770, but they are strong enough to move leaves, wet or dry. I don't understand the fuss with all this power, how much power does one actually need? You watch and see, Echo will eventually make an even more powerful blower than the pb770, and than everyone will say that the pb770 sucks and is no good, but the reality is that the pb770 is actually very good.
ALL backpack blowers are "real backpack blowers", a 200 dollar one is not long lasting and is usually not so powerful and the pb 770 has over a hundred more cfm than the pb 755 but hey.......their both very good.
Mine looks just like yours with the automotive air filter 755 but what is the serial number to these I need new bearings and for the 755t there are many serial numbers?
Back when this video came out the 755 was the top Echo model but, the 770 is the newer and more powerful model. The current PB 755 doesn't even come with the commercial type air filter system. That's why I purchased the Shindaiwa EB 633 which is just like the older PB 755 that came with the better air filter system. The main reason why I went with the 755 over the newer 770 is because the 770 looks cheaper made with the single layer of plastic for the base which looks like it will break easily if sat down hard on the base and also the way the straps are screwed onto the handle and the handle itself did not look like it would fit well on the blower rack that I have mounted on my trailer. I was fully expecting to buy the 770 until I noticed it's design and how the older 755 looked better made and then i went with the Shindaiwa since it was even better than the current 755.
@@DynoSauR4Truth that's fascinating that echo doesn't make the 755 with the commercial air filter anymore but shindaiwa's still does? weird. also maybe the 770 was of a lesser build quality then, but I have a 770 and the build quality is very professional.
